1. QSFP Overview:
The Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable (QSFP) is a compact, hot-pluggable transceiver used for data communications applications. The form factor and electrical interface are specified by a multi-source agreement (MSA) under the auspices of the Small Form Factor Committee. It interfaces networking hardware (such as servers and switches) to a fiber optic cable or active or passive electrical copper connection. It is an industry format jointly developed and supported by many network component vendors, allowing data rates from 4x1 Gb/s for QSFP and 4x10 Gbit/s for QSFP+ and to the highest rate of 4x28 Gbit/s known as QSFP28 used for 100 Gbit/s links.
GLGNET produce QSFP Cage which can be with or without integrated connector ( electrical interface) ;
Users need to transmit the Optical Signal or Electrical Signal at a distance by high speed, the Fiber , QSFP Transceiver, electrical interface and QSFP Cage are needed;
QSFP cage actually is an Shielding Cage, for EMI, one Piece Copper Alloy Materials, with many Heat Dissipation hole, Mounting Pin ( Through Hole or Press Fit PIN ) , Light pipes and Heat sink.
GLGNET has SFP Cages, SFP + Cages, SFP28 Cages, QSFP Cages, QSFP + cages , QSFP14 Cages , QSFP28 cages; with 1 x n or 2 x n Structure;
GLGNET support to custom the variety SFP Cages as required, for the 2 x n SFP series, GLGNET make that with integrated Interface.
GLGNET QSFP28 Cages also are Perfectly compatible with Cisco Huawei Products;
